Mix in blender:
1 C. water
1/4 C. nut butter – almond, sunflower seed, pecan
3 T. spelt flour
1/2 t. each sea salt, onion powder, and basil

Pour this mixture into 1 C. boiling water. Return to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 10 min. Stir occasionally. Add more water or flour to make the consistency you want. Pour over biscuits.
