To whom this may concern,
I am the minister of the Spiritual Journey Fellowship. I am requesting a religious exemption for ___________________________ to not get the COVID experimental shots on the scriptural basis that God created the body and immune system to naturally fight disease and infection. It says in 1 Corinthians 3:16; “Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?” We believe at this Fellowship that the body is the temple of God; therefore, it is imperative that its physical integrity be protected from anything unnatural to God’s created design of how the body’s immune system functions to deal with COVID and all organisms.
The COVID experimental shots use dangerous preservatives, petrochemicals, and other foreign compounds such as, mRNA encoded spike proteins, SM-102, and graphene-oxide that will alter the DNA, health, and function of the human body counter to God’s design. These components of the shots can be Neuro, Immune, and Cardiac toxic, clot-inducing, and cancer-forming. Because of these unacceptable health risks, the Spiritual Journey Fellowship objects to these COVID experimental shots as a peril to my life. These COVID shots have not gone through the 3-year study period to prove Safety Efficacy per the FDA and CDC guidelines. Additionally, the Vaccine companies used DNA/RNA material from aborted fetuses to make these shots, which is unacceptable and an abomination to our faith.
